At Calvary Chapel Gwinnett, we believe God has uniquely gifted every person to serve with purpose and joy. Whether you love welcoming others, serving behind the scenes, or building meaningful relationships, there’s a place for you here. Serving isn’t about filling a role—it’s about using your gifts to love people and reflect Christ’s heart.

Volunteer FAQ
How do I get involved?
Getting started is easy. Simply fill out the Serve Interest Form and let us know where you’d like to help. A ministry leader will follow up with you to share next steps and help you find a place that fits your gifts, interests, and availability.
What if I’m not sure where I fit?
That’s completely okay! Many people start without knowing exactly where they belong. We’re happy to help you explore different opportunities and discover where your passions, gifts, and personality align best.
How often would I be expected to serve?
Serving schedules vary by ministry. Most teams are asked to serve on a rotating or as-needed basis. We do our best to offer flexibility and work with your availability and schedule so serving remains life-giving, not overwhelming.
Are there any requirements to serve?
Some ministries have specific requirements such as training, background checks, or age guidelines, especially those involving children or youth. Each team will walk you through what’s needed before you begin.
