2 Chronicles 5:13-14

“indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying:
For He is good, For His mercy endures forever.
That the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.”

Our worship team’s focus is to use their God-given talents to lead His people in worship. Worship is an active rather than passive experience and a unified team leads the way. We both honor the songs that have long blessed the body as well as infuse newness as the Spirit leads. As the psalmist entreats us, we strive to play skillfully as we sing our songs of joy!

John 4:24
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

To worship in spirit and truth means that worship team members must have unity. Our Worship Team Requirements outline the expectations and responsibilities of being part of the worship team.
